Dr. Katharina Völkl-Posch studied in Vienna, Salzburg and Rome. Katharina was an assistant at the Institute for Labor and Social Law at the University of Vienna for 7 years. In addition, she was assigned to the Supreme Court as its first research associate. Afterwards, she worked in various commercial law firms. In 2010, Katharina founded the law firm together with Clemens Völkl.

Katharina is a Contributor at Legal 500 and Country Correspondent for Thomson Reuters in the area of labor law.

In addition, she completed coaching, communication, and mediation training, as well as training as a collaborative lawyer. She is Executive Business Research Partner at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, author of numerous publications and winner of the JBl sponsorship award.

Katharina is a member of the Society for Labor and Social Law and in the list of practitioners (business mediators) at the Vienna International Arbitral Centre. She is also the attorney of confidence of the American Embassy in Vienna.
