Projects and experience

In recent years, we have...

• provided support on claims (e.g. as Monitoring Counsel) and coverage disputes concerning professional liability insurance, D&O and public liability insurance for international insurers, reinsurers, brokerage firms and for policyholders with amounts in dispute of more than €450 million
• provided advice on the wording of insurance conditions in, for example, liability, fidelity guarantee, cyber crime or project insurance
• been involved in investor lawsuits e.g. defending insurance-based investment products and representing insurers and other “institutionals” as investors
• provided advisory services on readjusting insurance distribution by financial institutes in accordance with the IDD
• structured project insurance and special insurance conditions and negotiated for a public client with an insured sum of €200 million
